Our Executive Team
Giuseppe Manzo - General Manager
Giuseppe joined Amplifon UK and Eire as Market Director in January 2017. Prior to joining the UK team Giuseppe graduated in Business Administration with specialisation in Financial Management from the Bocconi University of Milan. Giuseppe started his career in 1998 as part of Monitor Group, a management consulting firm. In 2004 he joined Vodafone Italy and, over the last 12 years, he developed his career within the company, covering roles of increasing responsibility both in the Marketing and Operations functions. Giuseppe has enjoyed his time here with Amplifon UK and EIRE and is confident that the business is moving in the right direction!
Sam Williams - HR Director
Sam joined Amplifon UK in December 2015 as the HR Director. Her background is in Operations and Customer Services and has spent the past 10 years enjoying her role within Human Resources . With a Business Studies degree and a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management, Sam loves being in a commercial business partnering role and has experience in leading and driving significant change within her career. Outside of work, being from Wales, Sam has a passion for Rugby and living in the Middle East gave Sam a love for travelling. She believes the best bit of being part of Amplifon is that you are making a material difference to the quality of people's lives every day and that is very humbling.
Karen Allen - Sales and Operations Director
Karen joined Amplifon in 2007, having trained as an Audiologist in New Zealand. She has held a variety of roles, from working as an audiologist, to taking on a variety of leadership roles within Amplifon, alongside being the President of the NZ Audiological professional society. Karen joined the UK leadership team in January 2017 in the role of Sales and Operations Director and oversees the day to day operations of the business focusing on leading our team to achieve our mission of helping people experience better hearing. Karen is incredibly proud of the amazing work that our competent team do on a daily basis and the care and professionalism our team take to provide that service. Karen loves that Amplifon are a purpose driven organisation, which resonates with her core values.
Vicki Milton - Finance Director
Vicki joined Amplifon in 2009 working in the Finance team before becoming Finance Director in March 2014. She and her team oversee all aspects of finance for Amplifon, ensuring effective planning, monitoring and reporting for the business. Prior to joining Amplifon Vicki worked as an auditor in Manchester, London and New York where she worked across a wide range of sectors ensuring companies adhered to best practice, good governance and regulatory compliance. Vicki holds a degree in Mathematics and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant.
