Direct Procurement

Our Direct Procurement team designs and implements the best sourcing network by selecting the best partners, by developing strategic relationships and initiatives with key players and by procuring a competitive advantage through a unique set of terms and conditions.

Indirect Procurement

Our Indirect Procurement team makes sure that, at Global and Local level, we’re able to leverage our Group scale as an aggregated spender and a key player so that we are always in the position to adopt the most effective and efficient sourcing for all our Indirect spend, from Marketing to Business travel, from Facility maintenance to Professional services.

Supply Chain

Our Supply Chain team provides to our retail network the most advanced and efficient state-of-the-art solution in terms of supply chain network, by confirming the high rate of service level to shops thru heavy digitalization of processes to dramatically reduce costs and inefficiencies while providing a superior support to shops as an everyday standard.

Quality

Our Quality team makes sure that, from a best practices’ standpoint, from a Medical Device Regulation standpoint as well as looking into other applicable norms and standards, we are always adopting the most effective and reliable solutions from a Suppliers and Products perspective.
