The High Achievers Club

Each year, based on performance monitoring, high-achievers will be invited to join their country’s Club. The invitation is a prestigious acknowledgement of our staff’s constant stellar achievements, and a symbol of the value we place on their expertise.

Members receive excellent benefits, from networking opportunities to special event access. They might also be rewarded with stock grant rights: across the world, around 450 of our top experts currently benefit from Performance Stock Grant Plans.

The Charles Holland Award

The Charles Holland Award is the highest honor that can be achieved by a store team at the Amplifon Group. Named after the pioneering Englishman who founded our business in Milan in 1950, the annual international award is presented to stores that delivered outstanding performance and service that year.

3,800 stores are considered each year and rigorously assessed under five categories: Customer Care, Innovation, Growth, Teamwork and Productivity. The winning 50 stores will have demonstrated unquestionable excellence in the mix of all five.

Winners receive a prestigious hand-made trophy and are celebrated together with the top management of the Group in two special events: one in Milan for the winners in EMEA and Americas, and one in Australia for those based in the APAC region.
