Functions within our team

Area Manager
Our Area Managers play a key role in ensuring sales growth and performance development by regularly visiting our stores. They manage budgets, monitor KPIs and align our stores with the company’s targets and projects. They are also crucial in motivating and developing the team.
Client Advisor
Our Client Advisors ensure the smooth running of our stores by carrying out logistics tasks, managing the store’s diary and helping hearing care professionals stay on schedule. They understand the needs of every customer and share it with the team so that we can provide a remarkable customer experience. The also follow up with clients and sell add-on products and manage post sale services.
