Functions within our team

Center of Expertise
They are the subject matter experts on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development, Total Reward, Global Mobility and organization effectiveness. They design and develop the strategy, policies and methodology in alignment with business priorities, culture and organizational values.
Business HR
Our team partners with the business on strategic priorities including talent strategy, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and change management. Advise and coach leaders on driving the organization values ad culture.
People Services
They are responsible for the employee experience and for the execution of the HR processes and polices. They address employee’s questions on administration, payroll, benefits, labor cost and learning & development, talent management and talent acquisition.
