Functions within our team

Planning & Control
Our Planning & Control team play a key role in supporting the evaluation of investments and M&A through business case analysis. They not only support functions and entities and monitor actuals, they also manage planning and forecasting to define short, medium and long-term goals.
Accounting
Our Accounting team continuously improves the accuracy of our processes. They set objectives, manage policies, procedures, statutory reporting and consolidate activities. They also follow set standards and rules in order to ensure financial compliance.
Finance & Treasury
Our Finance & Treasury team does everything from defining receivable and payable policies, dealing with working capital management and defining guidelines for consumer credit to implementing the company funding strategy. They also optimize company investments, build relationships with banks, manage liquidity and mitigate financial risks.
Tax
Our Tax team governs compliance and tax payments. They design and manage tax strategy, define the transfer pricing policy and deal with tax audits. They also manage direct and indirect taxes, manage tax reports and develop and maintain tax assets.
Investor Relations
Our Investor Relation team manages relationships with both the seller and buyer’s side analysts, institutional investors and retail investors. This involves being responsible for all communications – including non-financial disclosure to the financial community.
Finance Project Management
Our Project Management team oversees the planning and communication of our projects and programs through the finance stream. They deal with acquisitions, special projects and ensures it all integrates well with the business.
