  • Hearing Aid Audiologist
    One of the first steps on your career path may be moving into one of our newly relocated branches equipped with the latest diagnostic technology. It’ll be up to you to maintain an exceptional level of service, helping people hear better through your expertise.
    Branch Management
    If you show passion and dedication as a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you might find your next step is branch management. Continuing to provide the best in Hearing Care solutions on a day-to-day basis, you’ll also support other office staff and manage the performance of both your team and the branch as a whole.
    Cluster Manager
    You might decide to progress your career into Cluster Management. Here, you’ll gain exposure to the operational side of our business looking after a cluster of branches, building the commercial experience and acumen you’ll need as an Area Manager
  • Area Manager
    At Area Management level, you’ll take responsibility for the management of the full range of branches, of varying sizes and commercial expectations, throughout your business. From here, you might progress to wider operational opportunities, or even to international opportunities.
    Practice Educator
    As a Practice Educator with Amplifon, you will be supporting our students with their learning journey. You will coach and guide them through their first steps into Audiology through to their successful qualification as a Hearing Aid Audiologist.
    Learning and Development Team
    From working in-branch, you might decide to move into the Learning and Development team as a Training Partner or to support the Trainee and Student Hearing Aid Audiologists as a Practice Educator or Practice Supervisor, supporting new talent moving into the business.
